Agritec Vehicle Skills workshop

The vehicle skills days were held at our Tram Road farm and were run by Colin Rush & Brent Campin of Agritec On-farm Training where our managers were assessed on their abilities using quad bikes, two-wheeler motorbikes, side-by-sides and tractors.  This was completed to Primary ITO standard; all managers were awarded competency certificates and have now achieved the ability to assess other farm staff.  This also ties in with attaining a high-level of compliance with our Health & Safety Policy from a training perspective.
